A $50 administrative fee will be applied to accounts with insufficient funds or if the account number or routing number is entered incorrectly. Sophomore & Upperclass Resident Students (completed 30 credits and above) may choose from any of the Surface Lots , Reserved Lots , and Parking Decks parking permits. RULES & REGULATIONS Parking Enforcement Student parking is restricted to students owning a valid Mason parking permit. It must have the license plate of the vehicle parked associated with that permit. Parking Services will monitor and enforce the student permit requirement in all restricted areas. See permit rules & regulations for details. Proof of Resident Status Resident students may be required to provide proof of their residency status when purchasing a permit. A copy of the student’s housing contract is the preferred method for proof of residency status.
